Police Seek Identity of Suspect in M&T Bank Robbery in Forestville

Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual wanted in connection with the robbery of the M&T Bank in Forestville, Maryland earlier today.

At approximately 1:55 p.m., the suspect walked into the M&T Bank located in the 3700 block of Donnell Drive and passed a note to a bank teller demanding money while implying that he had a gun. The bank teller, in fear, complied with the suspects’ demands and handed him an undisclosed amount of money at which time he fled the bank on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male with dark brown eyes in his 20’s, around 5’3”-5’4” tall, and weighing approximately 130lbs. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
