Police Seek Identity of Suspect in Armed Robbery of Sunoco in Bowie

The Prince George’s County Police Department is working to identify the suspect shown in the above surveillance photographs. On November 16, 2011, at approximately 6:58 p.m., the suspect committed an armed robbery at the Sunoco Gas Station located at 6799 Laurel Bowie Road in Bowie, Maryland. The suspect entered the station, displayed a handgun, and demanded money from the register.  After taking the money, the suspect fled the station on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male around 5'10" and weighing approximately 160lbs. He was last seen wearing a purple striped hooded sweatshirt, a black and white half mask with a skull design, black gloves, and armed with a black handgun.

A CASH REWARD of up to $1000.00 is being offered for the tip that leads to the arrest and indictment of the suspects responsible for this robbery.
