On March 7, 2016, at about 10:30 pm, patrol officers with the Cheverly Police Department and the Prince George’s County Police Department were called to the 6500 block of Landover Road for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, the officers found the two victims inside of an apartment suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced dead on the scene.
